The King Piccolo Arc | Dragon Ball
Following the events of the 22nd Tenkaichi Budokai, Goku and his friends decide to celebrate. However, when Goku searches for Krillin, he discovers that he's been killed. In pursuit of the attacker, Goku is swiftly defeated. Although he ultimately avenges Krillin, Goku learns that the attacker is a "son" of a malevolent entity named Piccolo. This entity had been imprisoned in a rice cooker long ago, but was intentionally released by Emperor Pilaf, who had intended to use Piccolo for world domination. Now, with Piccolo intent on world conquest, Goku and his friends brace themselves for their greatest challenge yet!
