Following Mike Mentzers ‘Heavy Duty’ strength training regiment for the next 8 weeks. Implementing his training style, training volume and macro nutrient consumption over the next 2 months to see how it works. Currently at 190lbs roughly 10% body fat; aiming increase strength substantially and put on some good size- let’s see how it goes
