Missouri AG Bailey talks about the Biden administration’s latest student debt relief plan

Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey says his office has been keeping an eye on the Biden administration's recent legal attempts to cancel student loan debt. “Certainly we’re always looking for opportunities to keep the federal government in its proper and constitutional role and not encroach upon the rights of the states or the people of the states,” says Bailey.
