Draft UN climate deal ditches fossil fuel phase-out

The draft language of a potential climate deal at the United Nations' COP28 summit in Dubai suggests a range of options to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, but omits the "phase out" of fossil fuels many delegations are demanding including the U.S. and European Union. Matthew Larotonda reports.
