Many professing Christians forget that it is the Judeo-Christian God that established the institution of government. The secular realm has fought relentlessly to get rid of the God of the universe out of the public square for the last 1,500 years. Nevertheless, it should not come as a surprise that many people including those who profess Christianity, are threatened by true Christianity having a voice in the government that was intended to serve the people. A government without the Creator becomes a lawless and tyrannical institution that was not the intent of our God, nor the founding fathers of the American Republic.
