Make them yourself!
Yield: 12 cupcakes Ingredients: Makes: 1 stick butter 1 cup sugar 4 eggs 1 1/2 cups flour 1/2 cup cocoa powder 1 baking soda 1 cup buttermilk Make the frosting: 7 oz marshmallow fluff 1 stick butter 1/2 cup powdered sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla Food coloring from your favorite team !
Make the frosting: 1 cup heavy cream 4 tbsp.
sugar 6 oz chocolate chips 1 tsp.
butter Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C Cream butter and sugar until smooth.
Add 4 eggs, one at a time.
In another bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder and baking soda.
Substitute half the dry ingredients and buttermilk into the egg mixture.
Line the bottom of a 9x13 glass baking dish with parchment paper and grease.
Pour in the batter and bake for 22 to 25 minutes.
Cool completely and using a cookie cutter or 2-3 inch cookie cutter, cut out 12 circles from the cake.
To make the filling, combine marshmallow fluff, butter, powdered sugar and vanilla.
Keep a little and color the rest.
To make the ice cream, bring the cream and sugar to a boil, then drizzle with chocolate chips and butter.
Stir until there are no lumps left.
Cut each cake in half horizontally and take a small cake on each side.
Fill and arrange the cakes with the scooped sides in the middle.
Frost the top and sides of each cake.
Let dry, flip over and cover the bottom with icing.
Arrange a soccer ball design on top of the cake with the filling you reserved.
