Spanish minced meat recipe, tastier and quicker than boring meatballs

A delicious recipe for minced meat instead of boring meatballs, so you don't have to stand at the stove for a long time and fry cutlets in the pan. This recipe was shared with me by a friend from Spain. It is one of the best minced meat rolls I have ever tasted. The incredibly tasty combination of minced meat, a filling of pickles, bacon and cheese with spices will not leave anyone indifferent. Cook with love! Cook with pleasure!

Ingredients and preparation:
5 slices of white bread
100-120 ml milk
1 kg minced meat
1 egg
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon oregano
½ teaspoon coriander
1/3 teaspoon chili pepper
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Parsley
Non-stick parchment
3-4 teaspoons Dijon mustard
100-120 g bacon
About 200 g of small pickles
1 onion
200g cheese
Non-stick parchment paper

Sauce:
2 tablespoons chili sauce (or ketchup)
1 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 teaspoons honey

The internal temperature of the cooked meatloaf is 74C (165F)
I brushed it again with the glaze while it was roasting

Potatoes recipe:
potatoes
½ teaspoon paprika
¾ teaspoon garlic powder
Black pepper
2-3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
