Deep breathing, mindfulness & visualisation for stress relief💜

Welcome back! Its been absolutely ages since I last did a guided meditation video and I've had this one in the tank for some time. In this video we have deep breathing techniques, mindfulness and a visualisation, imagining ourselves in the eye of the storm and letting it pass over us, as well as learning to sit with our stress as a friend, with compassion. Mindfulness and meditation are both a big part of my life, so im excited to share with you techniques that have helped me, in the hope that they will help you too. Enjoy ♡
