the R axis of the graph shows how much slower time gets with respect to the s axis which is time in seconds

[ here the R axis is the Y axis you see in textbooks and s is the x axis ]

- you don’t have to understand the formula deeply to get results just know that the process where time slows down for you will intensify in very small time periods like seconds and those seconds will feel longer and longer for you so you can use a bunch of your time to do homework but time itself won’t change for the world since time is relative

this is not me overreacting this is mathematics and the power of eulers constant ”e” .. ...you don’t have to lie and overhype a formula when maths exists and you use it right :)
