U.S. Army Colonel Heather J. Carlisle

I got this bit of news from Angry Cops on YT. Heather has decided the Army, no longer needs to cover the cost, of storing soldiers' belongings when they deploy. This is disgraceful. Another example of the military showing, how little they think of their personnel. I said the quiet part out loud for you Angry Cops.
