December 21st is the shortest day of the year. For 3 days the sun stays at its lowest point. The sun dies for 3 days (Jesus died for 3 days) because it doesn’t move north or south for 3 days. On December 25th, the sun rises 1° on its path back north to the spring equinox (Easter). December 25th is the “rebirth” of the sun/son ☀️
