Yoga Exercises with the Downward Dog and Extended Puppy Poses

In this video, I will begin by doing some stretches for the feet. From there, I will do a "cat" pose. This will strengthen your core muscles. Next, I will do an "extended puppy" pose. Following that, I will do a "downward dog" pose. This exercise will really stretch your legs and back. The final part of the routine, I will do a "seated straddle" pose. This will stretch your legs as well as your buttocks. Always remember to breathe properly during each exercise.
