Mountain Energy food. Chicken Rice Recipe

Some days we need to have a meal of the mountains.
This Chicken and Rice meal will make you feel welcome.
Most nationalities have this dish in there culture.
With that said let's go right in the ingredients.

Ingredients:

Bone broth
1/2 tsp Salt
1 pinch Black Pepper
2 pinches Turmeric

Potatoes seasoning
4 Potatoes Sliced
3-4 pinches of Salt
2 pinches Black Pepper
2 pinches Oregano
1 1/2 tsp Turmeric
2 pinches Paprika

Chicken thigh seasoning
6 Chicken thigh
2 pinches of salt
1tsp Black Pepper
1tsp Oregano
1tsp Turmeric
1oinch Paprika

-Fry the Chicken About 10-12 min medium-high heat
-Caramelize the onions
-Fry the Potatoes
-Fry the rice and add all together in a Pan

Add all in the pan
-Add 1 1/2 cup of the bone broth
-Low-medium heat for 15-20 min until rice is cooked
