How to Cook Noodles. Better than Take out in Restaurant

Ingredients:
200 grams bacon or chicken meat, chopped
200 grams prawns or shrimps
125 grams of noodles
1 large carrot, sliced
85 grams of snow peas
2 cups cabbage, sliced
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp oil
2 cups of water
salt and pepper to taste
Method:
1. Put oil on the wok, toss the prawns and fry it for a few minutes. Take it out from the wok and set aside for later use.
2. On the same wok, sauté garlic and onion, add bacon and let it cooked until it turns brown.
3. Add water, soy sauce, oyster sauce, carrots and cook for 5 minutes.
4. Add the snow peas, cabbage, salt and pepper to taste. Stir and simmer for 3-5 minutes then add noodles and prawns.
5. Cooked through until all the liquid is absorbed and serve hot.
