30 Minute Total Body Dumbbell Strength Workout. We use light medium and heavy weights to hit every major muscle group in the body. I use a range between 10 and 50 pounds for this workout. Chest, Back, Arms, Legs, Core and a big cardio finisher to build muscle, burn fat and sculpt your body while getting stronger utilizing progressive overload.
