State Department bypasses Congress, approves sale of tank ammo to Israel

The Biden administration announced Saturday that it took the unusual step of bypassing Congress and approving the sale of $106 million worth of tank ammunition to Israel. It comes as Congress is at a standstill over a $106 billion package that would provide aid to Ukraine and Israel. Willie James Inman has more. CBS Evening News 12/09/2023
