We are acutely conscious of our failings; we want to lose weight, we want to get fitter, we want to be more disciplined, we want to be healthier, we want to earn more money, we want to be more loving, we want to be more patient, we want to be more disciplined at Christmas time, so that we don't eat and drink too much!

But, in my experience with many clients, most of us fail in these desires to change our behaviours.
