Family says car theft victim died in 'blaze of glory' fighting attacker

An 86-year-old man died Wednesday morning after a someone dragged him with his own truck in Kansas City, Kansas. Family members told 41 Action News Frank Davila was the man who was killed in the incident. His truck was found unoccupied in KCMO, and now KCK police are now trying to identify the owner or occupants of a white Infiniti with a black trunk lid.
