Ingredients for the flatbread
2 cups of flour - 1 and ½ cups for the flatbread
1 teaspoon of baking powder
½ teaspoon of salt
¼ cup of olive oil
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 and ½ cups of water
1 - 2 teaspoons of garlic mixture

Garlic Mixture - 3 cloves of chopped garlic, 5 tablespoons of olive oil, a pinch of salt, chopped fresh oregano and basil leaves, and a pinch of dried parsley.

Ingredients for the chickpea and chicken
1 - 2 lbs of chicken strips chopped into small cubes
1 can of chickpea
1 cup or ½ can of marinara or tomato sauce
½ of a red onion chopped into small cubes
¼ of a white (cooking) onion chopped into small cubes
½ of a green or red pepper chopped into small cubes
1 green onion chopped into small cubes
A small bunch of asparagus chopped into small cubes

Ingredients for chicken marinade
½ bunch of green onions (chalot)
1 chopped medium onion
2 cloves of garlic
A pinch of salt for taste
A pinch of freshly grounded black pepper
½ of an orange, yellow, or red pepper chopped
