Storm Shield Forecast morning update 11/29/17

Passing clouds over Southern California will leak into Kern County a bit today, but it's a feed of relatively warm subtropical moisture so it won't keep us cool and won't block the sun from warming us up a few degrees from yesterday. As a result expect highs in the low to mid-60s in the valley, upper 60s in the Kern River Valley and Kern Desert, and low 60s in the south mountains.
