Welcome to my channel! Today I will prepare a real delicacy for you - shorpa in an Afghan cauldron. This is a delicious dish, full of aromas and tastes, and I am happy to share with you the recipe and the secrets of its preparation.

Shorpa is a traditional Uzbek soup, which is prepared from tender and juicy poultry or meat with the addition of fresh vegetables and aromatic spices. Traditionally, shorpa is cooked in an Afghan cauldron - a large cast-iron pot that creates a special atmosphere and enhances the taste of the dish.

I start by choosing the freshest ingredients possible. Pieces of meat or poultry are marinated in a combination of exotic spices such as turmeric, paprika, ginger and cardamom. These spicy aromas make you forget about reality and immerse yourself in real oriental cuisine.

The next step is to fry the meat over medium heat. The dark golden hue of the skin, which appears during the cooking process, gives the shorpa a special attractiveness. Gradually add our fresh vegetable mixture consisting of onions, carrots, bell peppers and tomatoes.

But the main components of this dish are the mysterious spices that I happened to purchase directly from Uzbekistan itself. Suneli hops, coriander and cumin - these aromatic spices add a rich taste to Shorpa and make it truly special.

Finally, all the ingredients are combined in an Afghani cauldron and we give them time to come together. Tender meat or poultry surrounded by aromatic vegetables and juicy broth create a unique taste that simply makes you forget about worldly problems and plunge into real Afghan hospitality.

At the end of cooking, the shorpa should be served strewn with fresh herbs and accompanied by traditional naan bread. This fluffy bread with a warm aroma and crispy crust perfectly complements the taste and texture of the shorpa, creating an exceptional culinary journey.

Thank you for joining me today, and I hope this dive into oriental cuisine leaves you with an unforgettable experience. If you liked the video, feel free to subscribe to my channel and leave comments and also share this video
