Warm Up:
Banded Elbow Warm Up : 2 sets of 10 each elbow
Banded Elbow Circles: 2 sets 30 seconds each elbow
Supinated Leg Lifts: 1 set of 10 reps
Chin Ups: 1 set of 6-8 reps
Strength Training:
Front Lever Raises: 3 set of 6
Front Lever: 2 sets max hold
L-Sit Pull-ups: 1 set of 7
Weighted Pull-ups: 2 sets of 5
Drag Curls: 3 sets of 8 (squeeze at the top)
Mag Grip Pull Downs: 3 set til failure
Mid Back Row: 1 set til failure
Handstands: 1 set max hold
HS Press to Straddle 90 Degree Push-up: 1 set, 1 rep max
