Trump says he'd only be a dictator on "Day 1" of potential second presidency

In a town hall Tuesday night, Fox News' Sean Hannity asked Donald Trump, "You are promising America tonight you would never abuse power as retribution against anybody?"

"Except for Day 1," Trump said.
