General Motors is finding themselves in hot water two months after one of their autonomous vehicles hit a pedestrian in California.

A Cruise robotaxi service vehicle, which is owned by General Motors, hit a pedestrian back on October 2nd, and according to the reports from the company, the vehicle came to an immediate stop.

However, a newly surfaced video allegedly shows the crash with the car dragging the person more than 20 feet at a speed of seven miles per hour after hitting them.

The company has been ordered to appear at a February 6th hearing to determine if the company misled investigators.
