Lenexa woman opens home to stranded Costco shoppers, employees after shooting

Stacy Michaels is a nurse and mother of three who always takes care of her neighbors. One of them just happens to be a major retailer. On Sunday taking care of neighbors took on a whole new meaning, when a man waving a gun walked into the Costco right by her house. She estimates 150 people ended up in her home and front yard. She allowed them in to use the restroom and phone, and her kids helped pass out water bottles.
