San Francisco made sure the city was cleaned of homeless, poop and drugs for the world leaders that visited the city to attend APEC last month. City and state leaders are now getting flak for putting a bandaid on San Francisco's issues without really addressing them, which is what taxpayers expect their leaders to do.
