It's Day 33, Kings, and we're not just stepping up our game; we're upgrading like Beyonce! Today's workout focused on pushing limits and dealing with unexpected challenges.

Pre-Workout Energy:

I started the day with some huge strawberries for some natural pre-workout energy.
🏋️‍♂️ Progress on Push Day:

Starting with the chest press, I needed to increase the weight, so I grabbed the 30s and went to town.
I'm happy with my form, feeling strong, and pushing the heaviest weight I've ever lifted.
Dips for triceps and chest followed. I'm still working my way up to doing them without assistance, but progress is progress.
Continued with incline flies and cable flies, working those muscles hard.

The cable machine broke down in the middle of my shoulder workout. What a waste of time!

Day 33 is a combination of victories and adaptability. It's not just about the workout; it's also about how you deal with the curveballs. Stay tuned for more as we continue to push the envelope!
