Sous Vide Roast Beef| Can You Make Cheap Lean Round Roast Tender Medium Rare?! | Lean Protein PSMF

Today I tackle a sous vide roast beef, Cheap and Lean Inside Round Roast. I wanted it to be medium rare and tender. I cooked it at 130 for 24 hours, the results were actually quite good! I plan to dial that temperature down even more next time!
I also try out my new electric knife. I loved it but TeddiBear was not so sure!

Since the PSMF Diet days or Lean Protein days include lower fat cuts of meat, the sous vide is perfect for making those leaner cuts very tender!
