Let’s not forget what it’s about.

Genuinely concerned about the direction of Christian music. It seems more and more that it has become about entertainment and we’ve slapped a “worship” label on it. Let’s take inventory of ourselves and be sure why we do what we do. Is it worship or entertainment? Is it ministry or money? Is it all about Jesus or the next award? The enemy can be subtle in his ways and can creep in to distort true worship. After all He was the leader of worship so why wouldn’t he want to pervert our worship to the Most High? Why wouldn’t he want us looking more like the world and conforming to what we see on social media? Why wouldn’t he want us more concerned with our popularity and fanbase over ministering to lost souls and feeding the sheep? We must be careful, the slope is becoming very slippery.
