Keto and Carnivore Meal Prep | Easy Batch Cooking for Carnivore Diet | May is Dairy Free Challenge!

Today I did a big Carnivore Meal Prep for my dairy free carnivore challenge. These can also be used for Keto. The prepping and cooking took 1 hour and 8 minutes, then I just waited for the oven and crockpot, everything else was done within that time!
I chose things that were easy to batch cook and I could use all this coming week in various ways. Here is what I made:

Boneless Rib Fingers: Cube, Sear, deglaze pan with 1/2 c beef broth, then 6 hours in the crock pot.
NOTE: Save the juices from both the brisket and the rib fingers to make beef jello! It is excellent with hamburger soup!
Breaded Shrimp: dip in egg, then dip in ground pork crumbs, then fry in tallow

Sausage Waffles and Patties: 1 lb clean sausage meat, 4 eggs, 1/2 c pork rinds. Combine. I used half for waffles, half for patties.
