Info from Licensor: "I was driving home to Illinois when a red Chevy moving at a high rate of speed drove past us. They swerved to avoid a slower car and lost control. They spun the vehicle many times before crashing into the median. The car burst into flames and all the occupants quickly fled, crossing the highway behind us."
