Picanha in the air fryer: 5 minutes air fry at 400-425 fat side down, then bake at 350 for approx 10 min per pound for Med.Rare.
Beef Ribs: Throw in crockpot, cook all day on low.
Sous Vide Sirloin Tip Quick Roast: THis is a tender cut so 3 hours at 127 for rare. For a less tender sirloin roast, 12-24 hours at 127 for rare. Sear in hot pan, then slice.
