Was rough day some good competition and I strategized wrong. Could have did better but was worried about blowing up in the mile and then in the 5k I lost time from starting to puke at 2.5 miles in which that cost me. Good race, happy I went tons of cool custom awards. I just am pissed at myself for how I performed. Would not have won either race but could have done alot better.
