Ingredients:
1 bag of tortilla chips
6 large eggs, scrambled
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup diced tomatoes
1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup sliced black olives
4 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 ripe avocado, diced
Sour cream for drizzling
Hot sauce for serving (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Scramble Eggs:
In a skillet, scramble the eggs until light and fluffy.
Layer Tortilla Chips:
Arrange a layer of tortilla chips on a large baking sheet or oven-safe dish.
Sprinkle Cheese:
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the tortilla chips.
