superconductor

one of my child genius ideas at around 7 years of age (without any prior knowledge of any of this) was of a perpetually propelled train by the use of magnets of consecutive opposite polarities on the track and train. this borders with the (currently) pseudoscience concept of perpetuum mobile but through means of electrically interchanging the polarity of each consecutive magnet it might not be as unrealistic to use for the gradual propelling of the train. as we see here in a snippet from The B1M shortcuts such as the cooling of superconductors allows this to concept to be further brought into our world, and we all know maglev is one of the fastest train and transport systems in our current technological advancement.
