Ingredients:

~ 1/2 cup(50 g) rolled oats
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon yogurt
1 teaspoon honey
2/5 cup(100 ml) milk/ plant milk

1/2 medium ripe banana
1 tablespoon cocoa/ carob powder
~ 2 tbsp(35 ml) milk/ plant milk
cover and refrigerate for 6 hours/ overnight
2-3 tablespoons yogurt
add your favorite fruits
