Canada's new plan to cut 75% in methane emissions

At the COP28 climate summit in Dubai, Environment and Climate Change Minister Steven Guilbeault unveiled Canada's plan to cut methane emissions from the oil and gas sector by at least 75 per cent by 2030.

It is part of the federal government’s effort to support cleaner energy and climate action.
