Almond Flour Crust: In a bowl, mix together 1 cup almond flour, 2 tbsp butter and 1 tsp cinnamon. Press into a glass pie plate and set aside.

This recipe is the same if you use Keto Chow or another protein powder!
2 scoops Keto Chow Pumpkin Spice Caramel (or your own favorite protein powder)
2 cups heavy cream
1 tbsp Pumpkin Spice Mix (optional) If you are using vanilla protein powder for example
1 tbsp beef gelatin bloomed in 1/4 cup water, then add a couple tbsp boiling water and stir
Beat heavy cream until light and fluffy but not whipped. Stir in Keto Chow and gelatin and spice mix if using. Continue beating. If mixture is too thick, add some water (1/4 - 1/2 cup)
Pour mixture into pie plate and let set.
Whip up heavy cream until stiff and add to top of pie.
