Executive Elrich and CC members are doubling down on their support of CASA of MD with $16.4 million worth on contracts with this NGO. An additional $2.2 million is being requested for another NGO, SAMU First Response based in Washington, DC, to finance expenses for illegals coming into the county.

It's clear: Our county government is corrupt, criminal, and it's compromised.
