Serve in the Military and You’ll become a U.S. Citizen

This is equivalent to hiring foreign mercenaries which was a contributing favor in the fall of Rome.

Historical reasons for the fall of Rome:

1. Invasions by Barbarian tribes = (asylum seekers and illegal immigration)

2. Economic troubles and overreliance on slave labor = (economic troubles and elimination of the middle class)

3. The rise of the Eastern Empire = (China’s growing power and influence)

4. Overexpansion and military overspending = (US military over expansion and military overspending like funding Ukraine and proxy wars)

5. Government corruption and political instability (government corruption and political instability… duh)

6. The arrival of the Huns and the migration of the Barbarian tribes = (alliance between Russia, Iran, N Korea, and China aka BRICS and Americans metaphorically migrating away from US patriotism)

7. Christianity and the loss of traditional values = (loss of Christianity and tradition values)

8. Weakening of the Roman legions = (weakening of the US military AND NOW add the proposed Tweet sent by Jason and it weaken it even further)

Historians still debate the primary reasons for the fall of Rome, but the above is generally accepted. I took this list from history.com and made a quick comparison to America 2023.
