They forgot to charge a few other people.

Unfortunately our Attorney General Merrick Garland is bought and paid for by the Democrats. He definitely does not enforce or charge people who are breaking federal laws. He selectively decides what laws and who are charged. We need someone in office who is NOT afraid to ruffle feathers with federal indictments. They know how to file fake charges. Why not file some real charges against real law breakers?
