Keto Egg Fast Pizza Recipe for Keto, Carnivore and Egg Fast Diet

These easy Keto Egg Fast Pizzas are very versatile and can be easily adapted for both Keto and Carnivore. In this video I use the same egg fast recipe to make Keto pizzas and muffins as well as Carnivore muffins. Perfect recipe for Egg Fast Meal Prep!

3 mini Egg fast pizzas count as: 2 Eggs, 2 Fats, 2 Cheese for the Egg Fast Diet.
For Keto the macros are (for each mini pizza): Calories: 147, Fat: 13g, Protein: 6g, Carbs: 1
**Be sure to calculate whatever you add to the pizzas!

These are very low carb pizzas and muffins which make them great for Keto meals and snacks.
The core recipe is:
4 eggs
4 oz cheese (I used mozzarella)
4 tbsp mayo
Your choice of seasonings
Then you add on your additions or you can even eat them just like that!
Bake 10 minutes for Pizzas or 20-25 minutes for muffins at 375
