The perfect autumn breakfast! Easy and delicious baked oats recipe in 3 minutes!
This recipe is packed with pumpkin flavor and nutrients, and it's so easy to make. Simply combine all of the ingredients, mix well, and bake for 20-25 minutes. That's it!

Ingredients:

1 cup(90 g) rolled oats
a pinch of salt
1 medium egg
1 tbsp sweetener(stevia or your choice)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
50 g(1.76 oz) pumpkin
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup(120 ml) milk/ or plant "milk"
a handful of walnuts
bake 20-25 minutes at 170°/340°F
