Tuesday Talk | How I Quit my Acid Reflux Medication and Healed GERD

I have been off my Nexium prescription (proton pump inhibitor) since 2020. I have occasional bouts of discomfort but it is easily controlled with ACV (Apple Cider Vinegar). I like to fill a 16 oz drink container with ice cubes, water and 1 tbsp ACV. Drink with a straw so as not to damage tooth enamel.
