Most delicious cake with oats and apples you have ever eaten! Recipe from Germany🍎

Ingredients:

2 medium apples
add baking paper to the tray(19 cm/7.5 inches)
lemon juice
1 tbsp sweetener(stevia or your choice)
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 cup(40 g) walnuts
3 small egg yolks/ or 2 medium
1 tbsp sweetner(stevia or your choice)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
20 ml(1 1/3 tbsp) coconut oil
2 tbsp(25 ml) milk/ or plant "milk"
1/2 cup(50 g) rolled oats
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 small eggs/or 2 large ones
a pinch of salt
bake 30-35 minutes at 170°C/ 340°F
Cream:
~3/4 cup(200 ml) whipping cream (35% fat)
1 tbsp sweetener(stevia or your choice)
