Britney Spears recently celebrated her 42nd Birthday as only she could, by being stripped down to her underwear for attention.

Fans will hand wave away her awful behavior for ridiculous reasons, but the fact remains that the Pop Princess has been wild for as long as anyone can reasonably remember. Not holding her accountable for her poor behavior is just as bad as keeping her locked up.
