Greetings, Kingettes and Kings of Day 20! A twist on leg day is here. I cleaned my yard thoroughly before working out with a lot of volume on my legs at the gym. Leg presses, extensions, and hamstring curls made up approximately 40 hard sets of the workout. It was a trial of strength and determination, particularly when doing the hamstring curls!

🥊 Boxing Grand Finale:

guillotine presses were used to finish the workout.
Put on boxing gloves to add a playful touch.
I'm still working on my technique, but it's all a learning process.
