Marissa & Carla Pendill discuss how Washoe County Cares Campus and Senior Center have negatively impacted their business, their neighborhood and the citizens who have lived across from the Senior Center. Vagrancy, unenforced camping, drug use, vandalism, theft, needles on their lawn, litter, human feces, squatting under, in and on their rental properties.
