Guilt-free fun is just one more reason why the Kershaw Leek is a perfect gateway knife between conventional pocketknives and button-actuated auto folders. The assisted opening system is very intuitive to use. If you are familiar with thumb studs and flipper tabs you won’t have to learn anything new with the Leek. Just use the knife like normal and the spring will work on its own.

The Reverse Tanto blade style makes this fine edge even stronger. It comes with 14C28N blade steel which is a pretty tough stainless option. It doesn’t have the best edge retention, but this extreme hollow grind guarantees that the Kershaw Leek will cut well for a long time regardless.

External stop pins, linerless construction, and steel frame lock make the Kershaw Leek sturdy and reliable. The deep grey stonewash finish also does a great job absorbing scratches, so you can enjoy this knife off-limits without having to worry about the consequences.
