Western Trillium Mid-Flowering

The Western Trillium (Trillium ovatum) is a perennial wildflower that belongs to the Lily (Liliaceae) Family and grows in damp forests, along streams/creeks, and in open shaded areas from low to middle elevations. The Western Trillium is also known as the Wake Robin and can be found in British Columbia, Alberta, Washington State, Oregon, California, Idaho, Montana, Colorado, and Wyoming.
